Enology

Crafted from vineyards between Villafranca del Bierzo and Cacabelos at approximately 700 m altitude, planted on clay-calcareous soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and fermented in stainless-steel tanks using native yeasts. The wine is bottled after several months of aging, preserving its bright fruit character.
