Crafted from hand-harvested fruit from vines over 100 years old. Grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by 12 months of aging in 500 L French oak barrels. This is a singular, high-quality wine embodying its unique terroir.

Tasting Notes

Elegant with a rich, dark fruit character reminiscent of blackberries and plum, complemented by floral undertones and a subtle hint of dark chocolate from oak aging. The palate is smooth and serious, offering fine-grained tannins and a seamless finish — super approachable despite depth and concentration.

Deemed a model Mencía: “ultra-generous in flavor without any astringency or un-integrated acidity.”
