Enology

Made from estate-selected, organically grown vineyards. After harvest, the base wines ferment and undergo traditional secondary fermentation in the bottle. Aging spans 2 to 3 years on lees, with manual riddling and disgorgement to preserve its delicate integrity. No dosage is added, creating a pure and terroir-driven expression.

• Appearance: Pale yellow with green-tinged hues and a fine, elegant mousse 

• Aroma: Lively notes of Golden Delicious apple, nectarine, lime zest, breadcrumb, butter, and toasted almonds 

• Palate: Fresh, creamy texture with bright citrus acidity, balanced and long finish featuring ripe white fruit and gentle nutty nuances
