Tasting Notes (Nose): Green apple, lemon peel, grapefruit, fine herbs and a hint of turmeric spice. 

Palate: Fresh and savoury with 60% Macabeo and 40% Parellada grapes, hand-picked and spontaneously fermented to preserve purity. 

Finish: Clean, vibrant and mineral-driven, with refined citrus and herbal echoes.

Winery Notes: Produced by Terra de Marca, this limited cuvée uses small-batch, minimal-intervention methods. Hand-harvested grapes are vinified spontaneously in stainless steel tanks, then bottled without filtration or added dosage, delivering a true expression of the Penedès terroir. 

Pairing: Serve well-chilled at 6-8 °C. Excellent with light seafood, sushi, raw shellfish, Mediterranean vegetable dishes or as an elegant aperitif.
