Crafted with meticulous attention,  It underwent a prolonged maturation process using 225 L French and American oak barrels, followed by aging in massive 22,000 L vats—one of the world’s longest élevages. 

Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Deep, concentrated ruby

• Nose: Poached plums, dark cherries, tea leaves, graphite, milk chocolate, caramel, violets, exotic spices 

• Palate: Rich yet expressive; fresh and floral with fine, silky tannins. A harmonious blend that is polished, aromatic, and elegant, defying the challenging vintage conditions.

Food Pairing

Ideal with grilled or roasted red meats, rich stews, slow-cooked game, or gourmet dishes featuring tobacco, truffle, or mushroom notes. Its depth, structure, and elegant tannins counterbalance intense flavors beautifully.
