This Chardonnay-based blue wine obtains its unique and eye-catching hue through a special process involving natural treatments with anthocyanins, the pigments from grape skins. Crafted from typical Chardonnay grapes from Alicante, it’s not organic, biodynamic, vegan, or label-certified in any other sustainability category.
