Produced in Vinalopó – Alicante’s high-altitude vineyards (approx. 570 m) perched in limestone and clay soils, creating a robust terroir. The wine ages for 12 months in French oak barrels, marrying wood and fruit to create a complex yet elegant profile. A unique fermentation method includes barrel rotation to gently develop supple tannins .
